  • 400 g White beans
  • 1 pcs Zucchini
    cut
  • 3 pcs Onions
    diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
    chopped
  • 400 ml Soy Milk
    unsweetened preferred
  • 20 g Almond butter
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Parsley
    for topping
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste
  • Chili Oil
    for topping
  • Bread
    optional, to serve

Instructions

    Dice 3 pcs Onions.

    Heat 1 tsp Olive oil in a large pan and sauté the Onions until translucent.

    Chop 2 cloves Garlic and cut 1 pcs Zucchini.

    Add the Garlic and Zucchini to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add Salt, Black pepper, 1 tsp Paprika powder and 1 tsp Curry powder.

    Toast the spices while stirring for 1 minute.

    Add 400 g White beans, 400 ml Soy Milk and 20 g Almond butter.

    Stir well and simmer briefly until creamy.

    Top with Parsley and Chili Oil, and serve with Bread if desired.
