  • 800 g Lean ground beef
  • 1,000 g Potatoes
    diced
  • 1 pcs Green onions
  • 800 g Frozen Broccoli
  • 120 g BBQ-Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

    Preheat the oven to 390 °F convection.

    Cut 1,000 g Potatoes into small cubes.

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes to a bowl with 1 tbsp Cooking oil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Paprika powder and 1 tsp Garlic powder, then mix well.

    Spread Potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 390 °F convection for 30 minutes.

    Cook 800 g Frozen Broccoli according to the package instructions, then drain it.

    Add 800 g Lean ground beef to a skillet.

    Season the Lean ground beef with 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Paprika powder, and 1 tsp Garlic powder.

    Fry the Lean ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart, until browned.

    Reduce the heat and add 120 g BBQ-Sauce and 1 tbsp Honey. Cut 1 pcs Green onions in small pieces and add it to the pan.

    Stir until the Lean ground beef is evenly glazed.

    Divide Potatoes, Frozen Broccoli, and BBQ-Beef into meal-prep containers.

    Top with Green onions if desired.
