  • 800 g Lean ground beef
  • 1,000 g Potatoes
    cut into fries
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
    low fat
  • 100 g Light shredded cheese
  • 1 pcs Red onion
    diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic
    chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 80 ml BBQ-Sauce
    light
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • Cooking oil
    for spraying
  • Water

  • Green onions

Temperature

    Cut 1,000 g Potatoes into fries.

    Soak the Potatoes fries in cold water for 15 minutes.

    Drain the Potatoes fries and dry them well.

  4. 4

    Spread the potato fries on a baking tray and mix it with some Cooking oil.

    Bake the fries at 390 °F for 30 minutes.

    Dice 1 pcs Red onion and chop 2 cloves Garlic.

    Add the Red onion, chopped Garlic, and 800 g Lean ground beef to a pan and cook until crumbly and browned.

    Season the beef with 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Paprika powder, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, and 1 tsp Garlic powder.

    Add 1 tbsp Tomato paste and roast it briefly with the beef.

    Add 80 ml BBQ-Sauce and a small splash of Water, then stir until the beef is evenly coated.

    Sprinkle 100 g Light shredded cheese over the beef, cover the pan, and let it melt.

    Season the baked fries with 1 tsp Salt.

    Press the remaining 2 cloves Garlic.

    Mix 200 g Greek yogurt with the pressed Garlic, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tsp Black pepper.

    Portion the fries and beef into meal-prep containers.

    Top with the yogurt sauce and optional Green onions.
