  • 160 g Pasta of choice
  • 1 pcs Zucchini
    large
  • 100 ml Passata (strained tomato)
  • 200 g Skyr
  • 20 g Light shredded cheese
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper

Instructions

    Cook 160 g Pasta of choice according to the package instructions, then drain it.

    Cut 1 pcs Zucchini into small pieces.

    Brown 300 g Lean ground beef in a pan until crumbly.

    Add the Zucchini to the pan and sauté it with the beef.

    Season the mixture well mit Salt and Black pepper.

    Add 100 ml Passata (strained tomato) and stir to combine.

  7. 7

    Reduce the heat.

    Add 200 g Skyr and stir until the sauce is smooth.

  9. 9

    Add the cooked Pasta of choice and 20 g Light shredded cheese.

    Stir until the cheese has melted, then portion for meal prep.
