  • 300 g Cottage cheese
  • 170 ml Light cooking cream
  • 50 g Green onions
    sliced
  • 100 g Light shredded cheese
    for topping
  • Salt

    Preheat the oven to 355 °F fan.

    Thinly slice 500 g Potatoes.

    In a baking dish, combine sliced Potatoes, 300 g Cottage cheese, and 170 ml Light cooking cream. Season with Salt and Black pepper and mix well.

    Bake at 355 °F fan for 25 minutes.

    Cut 50 g Green onions into small pieces.

    Top with Green onions and 100 g Light shredded cheese.

    Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
