In a bowl, combine
40 g All-purpose flour,
25 g Neutral Protein Powder,
3 g Baking powder, and
2 g Salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add
50 g Low-fat quark and gradually add
65 ml Water while stirring until a smooth, thick batter forms. The consistency should be soft and spoonable, not runny.
Transfer the batter into an oven-safe bowl or small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Spoon the
50 g Passata (strained tomato) over the batter, then season evenly with
Italian herbs.
Top with
30 g Light shredded cheese,
25 g Salami, and optional pieces of
1 pcs Bell peppers
Bake for 20 minutes until set, lightly golden on top, and fully cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving or storing for meal prep.
