  • 400 g Skyr
    or low-fat quark
  • 1 pcs Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 pack Vanilla pudding powder
    flavour of choice
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
    unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 30 g Powdered Erythritol
    or sweetener to taste

    Preheat the oven to 355 °F using top and bottom heat.

    Add 400 g Skyr, 1 pcs Eggs, 100 ml Milk, 1 pack Vanilla pudding powder, and 30 g Powdered Erythritol to a suitable baking dish.

    Stir briefly and evenly until the mixture is smooth.

    Take out about half of the mixture and mix it with 20 g Cocoa powder in another bowl. When mixed put it back in the oven dish to end up half vanilla - half cocoa. You can mix both with a fork if you want.

    Bake at 355 °F using top and bottom heat for 40 minutes.

    Eat warm with a spoon, or let it cool completely and let it chill in the refrigerator.
