  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 1 pack Vanilla pudding powder
  • Lemon juice
    to taste
  • 100 g Powdered Erythritol
    or use normal sugar
  • ½ can Sugar-Free Mandarin Oranges
    optional, alternative: fresh mandarins

    Mix the 500 g Skyr, 3 pcs Eggs, 100 g Powdered Erythritol, Lemon juice, and 1 pack Vanilla pudding powder with a hand mixer until smooth.

    Pour the batter into a baking pan and add ½ can Sugar-Free Mandarin Oranges on top.

    Bake at 345 °F fan for 50 minutes.

    Turn off the oven, open the door, and let the cake cool completely inside.
