Gooey, chocolatey protein brownies made with flour, cocoa, chocolate protein, egg whites, eggs, cottage cheese, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla. Quick to mix, then baked until fudgy.
Crunchy high-protein chocolate granola baked with oats, quark, whey, and seeds.

Preheat the oven to 320 °F fan.
In a bowl, whisk
100 g Low-fat quark,
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder, and
1 tbsp Cocoa powder until smooth.
Add the whole
1 pcs Eggs,
1 pcs Egg white (add eggs without the yolk), and
1 tbsp Maple syrup; mix well.
Fold in
100 g Rolled oats,
30 g Mixed Seeds, and
30 g Chia seeds, then stir in the
15 g Chocolate Chips.
Spread the mixture thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 320 °F fan.
Stir to break up and redistribute.
Bake for another 15 minutes until crisp.
Remove and let cool completely until crunchy.
